The Alabama Talent Triad is in pilot mode, engaging employers now. The objective: enrich the triad with skills-based jobs, applying an intentional focus on manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Using the skills-based job description generator makes creating and maintaining skills-based job descriptions and postings easy. Employers are encouraged to leverage skill statements from the Alabama Occupational Ontology as well as contribute skill statements that will be available to credential registry contributors & learners/earners later in the pilot.
